HELP US GET THE DOORS OPEN

As I walk through the rooms at Sonshine Hacienda, I marvel at what God has accomplished. He has taken three sand filled lots (with lots of “stickery” weeds) and transformed them into a beautiful sanctuary for His children. So much has been accomplished. So many people have been used by God to accomplish the job of getting this building completed. Words cannot express how grateful we are for all the help that so many of you have contributed to this project. Some gave of their time, others gave money and others prayed. We thank you for all of your faithful and dedicated support of Sonshine Hacienda. BUT now we must share with you that we are at the FINAL PHASE of getting Sonshine's doors open and we need your help once again!

Summer Brings Exciting Changes
Welcome to our new Blog site!  We certainly hope that through this new format, we can keep you well informed on what is happening at Sonshine Hacienda.  A BIG thank you to Susan Young, of Volunteers Without Limits, for helping us design this Blog site and teaching this "old" lady how to navigate through the learning curve and become comfortable with communicating with all of you with this exciting new tool.
This summer not only brought the predictable heat to San Felipe, but also brought changes to the Sonshine Hacienda Administration Staff.
